this cozy getaway is thoughtfully laid out across two floors On the first floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a bathroom equipped with a shower and/or bathtub, and a living room—perfect for relaxing, playing board games, or resting after a sunny day. The living area also includes a sofa bed to accommodate extra guests.
to access second floor, you can choose to use the elevator or exterior stairs Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. This level also boasts another bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for family stays or groups needing a bit of extra privacy.
enjoy breathtaking panoramic views from the two spacious decks, ideal for watching the sunrise over the marsh or the sunset over the sound The house is ready for your extended stay, featuring clean linens, towels, and the kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences such as an air fryer, hand mixer, blender, and toaster.
